Prochem SX2700 Steempro Powerplus Carpet Cleaner

The big brother to the popular Steempro SX2100 Powermax, the Prochem Steempro SX2700 Powerplus has the extra capacity and 250 psi pump to tackle the really big jobs quickly and professionally. For large areas of carpet cleaning the Steempro Powerplus saves time on re-filling and emptying and the optional Heat ‘n’ Run in-line heat exchanger provides continuous hot cleaning solution.

This is a commercial carpet & upholstery cleaner that comes complete with a 7.6M hose & a dual jet stainless steel wand.

This model weighs 44K, whereas the 1st 2 models in the Steempro range (SX2000 & SX2100)  weigh 35K & 38K respectively. The SX2700 is also the largest machine in this range with a 55L instead of a 35L clean water capacity & a 41L instead of 26L dirty water capacity. All of this means that you can clean for longer as you don’t need to stop & refill so often. But it also means that this model is heavier & larger making it harder to load in & out of a van if you are doing this alone.

All of the Steempro machines are easy to fill as they have a large lid on the clean water tank. The dirty water tank is super easy to empty by pulling up the gate valve at the bottom of the dirty water tank. The inside of the tank is smooth & easily accessible through the large opening. Both of these features make the Steempro machines super easy to keep clean (this is important as any dirty water tank can soon start smelling if not cleaned & deodorized regularly. All Steempros have large non-marking wheels which let you bump the machine up & down stairs safely. The switches for the vacuum motor & pump are easy to access on the top of the machine so no bending is necessary.
