The Karcher BR40/10 C Adv Scrubber Dryer features two contra-rotating brushes and two rubber squeegees, this enables the Karcher BR40/10 C Adv Scrubber Dryer to clean in both forward and backward passes, ensuring floors are thoroughly cleaned and dried in a single forward and backward pass.

When the vacuum system is turned on, the water and detergent used to clean the floor are immediately vacuumed from the floor leaving the floor dry and ready to walk on immediately after cleaning, making the Karcher BR40/10 C Adv Scrubber Dryer useful for daily maintenance cleaning or with the vacuum system turned off, the machine can be used for deep cleaning of heavily soiled floors by allowing the operator to undertake additional scrubbing and laying down of detergent if required e.g., cleaning up oil deposits on garage floors, providing a deeper clean during more intensive, deep cleaning tasks.
