Do you have any seasonal opening hours?

Yes, we may be closed or working on reduced hours depending on the season.

Please note our winter delivery times for the 2024/2025 festive period are as follows:

During the festive period our phone lines and office will be closed at 1:00pm on Tuesday, 24th December 2024.

We will return to work as normal 8am – 5pm on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.

Please note: During this period our warehouse will be closed and no orders will be processed or dispatched between these dates.

To guarantee delivery on or before 20th December 2024, all orders must be placed by 3pm on Tuesday 10th December 2024. Any order placed after this date are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.

Please be aware some products are not held in stock, so if you require an urgent delivery, please call our office on 0117 305 1980 to check stock levels and delivery times, and we will help as much as possible.
