- Robots: Intelligent cleaning robots have redefined automation in cleaning, taking over repetitive tasks with precision and reliability. By far the favourite amoungst customers is the cute little Zaco vacuum cleaner.
- Biodegradable Chemicals: These environmentally friendly solutions ensure high-performance cleaning without compromising the planet. Many of our suppliers have started to produce eco-friendly versions of our favourite chemicals, but our eco-one brand is still leading the way in innovation and winning awards along the way…
- Battery Machines: Cordless and powerful, these machines have delivered unmatched flexibility and productivity. We’ve more than doubled our offering of battery machines this year!
By integrating these advancements into our product offerings, we’re not just keeping up with the times — we’re setting the pace for the future.

- Distributor Award from Prochem: This honour recognises our exceptional sales performance and dedication to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
- Two Wins at the Vinci Supply Chain Awards: What an incredible evening we had at the VINCI Facilities Supply Chain Awards! We were thrilled to be a part of this prestigious event, and even more excited to come away with not one, but two awards for our hard work and dedication.
These achievements reflect the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the trust and support of our customers and partners.

This year we’ve welcomed 5 new members of staff to the One Stop team. Plus two members who celebrated notable anniversaries!

Congratulations to Louis (our Warehouse Supervisor) who celebrated 10 years with us in the Autum! Plus Donna (Finance Administrator) who made it a whole year with us in 2024!
Team Review of 2024… 👀
Nikki (Director) : “My proudest moment this year is definitely us winning highly commended in supplier of the year & winning biggest environmental impact at the Vinci Supply Chain Awards, both out of 1700 suppliers. It as an amazing achievement. On a personal level my village of Rodney Stoke recently had 2 stressful incidents. An explosion that literally shook all the houses within a 5 mile radius & this earlier this month storm Daragh meant we were without power for 3 days. I set up a community Whatsapp group that allowed us to all check on eachother & in particular check in with the elderly & vulnerable that were without power or heating. I loved seeing the messages flying back & forth offering each other hot water for drinks or hot water bottles, power banks & advice on filling in the claim form on the National Grid. It was truly heart-warming.”
Aaron (Operations Manager) : “The biggest impact this year was managing to lower the costs across the board from our service providers (saving the company £££). Investing in a cardboard shredder to reduce our waste and providing a better eco solution to how the warehouse package parcels.”
Alex (Sales & Marketing Director) : “ECO-ONE became one of our top-selling products (since it’s release in 2023). Winning two awards at the Vinci Supply Chain Awards was also a massive moment. On a personal note, 2024 was a year of firsts for myself… My daughter celebrated her first birthday, first words, first holiday aboard together, first swim… endless really but that’s what I’ve enjoyed the most this year.”
Andy (Head of National Accounts) : “This year i’m celebrating two accounts who’ve generated over £100K in revenue to date and were only brought on as new accounts in mid-2024. My personal achievement this year is successfully enrolling my son into Nursery & completing our Bathroom renovation.”
Donna (Finance Administrator) : “I joined One Stop after leaving my previous employer after 27 years… It seems to have worked out, as I celebrated my first year here in 2024!”
Julia (Internal Account Manager) : “I joined the team, and survived! I was really pleased with my largest sale of the year of over £12,500.”
Kim (Customer Service Rep) : “I think starting a new job after being my own boss for 10 years was a massive step for me! I like to think I have settled into the team well.”
Lou (Warehouse Manager) : “Becoming warehouse manager was the highlight of my year. Switching freight companies has saved us £££ and provided a better service for our customers.”

And finally, on a sadder note, in June this year it was with deep sadness that we announced the passing of Anthony (Tony) Watt, our beloved colleague and friend, who left us after a battle with cancer.
Tony was a cornerstone of our company, who along with his sister Nikki took over the running of the business after their father’s passing in 2016. Tony was known in the office for his laughs, his amazing lunches, and legendary dancing skills!
Tony’s passing was a significant loss to all who knew him, and he will continue to be deeply missed by colleagues, friends, and the many customers he met over the years.
